Subsidiaries are companies in which the holdings of Landsbankinn exceed 50%. The main subsidiaries are:

• SP-Fjármögnun hf., Reg. No. 620295-2219, Sigtúni 42, Reykjavík. Leasing and lending activities.

Associated companies are companies in which Landsbankinn has made a long-term investment and in which it owns a considerable share, although no more than 50%.
